Camp’s natural setting provides the perfect backdrop for wellness. We focus on aspects of wellness including both social-emotional and physical.

Camp allows campers the chance to unplug from technology and enhance social skills and establish healthy sleeping patterns and encourage an active lifestyle.


Our yoga classes are taught by a Master trained instructor from India. With focus on movement, classes are designed to encourage even novice yoga enthusiasts to give it try. Each yoga class ends with group meditation.


Fitness at camp can take the form of nature walks, hikes, running classes, weight training, Zumba dance fitness, Crossfit-style workouts, bootcamps, and general aerobic group classes. We offer classes that are designed for beginners, and classes that are meant to challenge higher level fitness routines. There’s something for everyone!
