High Ropes Adventure Course & Climbing Wall

Rise to a challenge! Start with the fundamentals of trust & group games, learn safety skills on our low ropes, before progressing to the challenge of climbing our “spider web” to the high ropes and jumping from our 50 foot zip-platform high in the tall pines! Not just an adrenalin rush, our high ropes adventure course stresses individual accomplishment with the support of peers, stretching each campers comfort zone and the importance of safety at all times.

Our 40-foot climbing wall will challenge experienced and beginner climbers alike. Develop climbing skills and strength with the help of experienced staff, and take those hard-won skills on a climbing trip out of camp.

Mountain Biking

MTC is an excellent location for exploring the trails of Maine, offering scenic rural trails and rustic country paths for both the beginner and advanced biker. We have a wide range of sizes of quality bikes to ensure a perfect ride for each camper! Our seasoned and experienced staff teach everything from basic riding techniques and safety to maintenance and repair, as well as lead some epic rides on gorgeous trails.

General Fitness

Fitness is an essential part of a healthy & happy life, and a key part of our wellness program. Campers are encouraged to sign up for a variety of classes – weight training, boot camp, crossfit style classes, yoga, zumba, running, aerobics, and more.  Certified staff trainers create specialized female and male classes, as well as developing individualized plans.  Our gym is also staffed during free time to provide a safe space for campers to exercise outside class time.
