Employee Resource Groups @Freshworks

Every member of our Kudumba brings something to the table no one else can. It's our job to set that something free. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups designed to promote inclusiveness and give everyone a chance to contribute their knowledge, skills, and unique perspectives. Today, Women360 sponsors mentorships and professional development programs, hosts networking and social events, fosters a supportive community and strives to highlight the visibility of women's successes within our company.
